Hi Chris,

thanks a lot, it looks excellent. There was no extra fee for the amaldi 
meeting  to the best of my memory: I don't think people will complain if 
the cost of the coffee break is included in the overall fee for the LVK 
meeting, if that is possible. I would not ask fee to non LVK-members, I 
agree with your considerations.

Is the zoom connection only available in the main lecture hall? does it 
mean that from remote one cannot follow the full program of the day?
