[igrav-steering] Final Meeting Details

Hi All,



I am trying to finalize everything for tomorrow. I will shortly send an email out to everyone who has registered with a link to the meeting document<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nqDGM9tsUL70YKodu2u6sphmhx9WwLDqlmwKiTEbUb8/edit?usp=sharing> so they have all the zoom coordinates. When I send it out I will of course turn off the ability for others to edit. If you have any edits you need at that point please let me know and I will make the changes.



A few things we need to settle:

  *   Who will do the Welcome, update, and meeting logistics on Day 1 & 2. If no one comes forward I can do this on Day 1 but I would greatly appreciate if someone else can do this on Day 2. Volunteers?
  *   Who will do the wrap up on Day 1 & 2. Again if needed I can do this on Day 1 but I would be more than happy to hand this off to anther volunteer. Same goes for Day 2. Anyone?
  *   Art and Science Sessions
     *   Day 1 - we currently don't have a chair person so I am planning to cancel unless someone is able to take it.
     *   Day 2 art and science session - Isa needs someone to setup a zoom link for the session. I am unable to because I have already set one up for another session. William would you be able to do this?
  *   Communication - I currently have no zoom links for either day. Any update on the plans for this group would be appreciated.



Am I forgetting anything?
