[igrav-steering] IGrav Meeting Sept 16

Hi All,

I know this has been a long time coming but attached is the draft schedule for our meeting on Sept 16. Let me know if you have any thoughts/concerns.

Additionally as requested, Chris and I worked on draft wording that folks can use when reaching out to others about IGrav and the upcoming meetings. Here it is:

	I am writing on behalf of the International Gravitation Outreach Group (IGrav). IGrav's mission is to engage 	people throughout the world in exploring the exciting field of gravitation and in particular gravitational-wave and 	multi-m	essenger astrophysics. IGrav will accomplish this mission through the creation, sharing, and dissemination 	of a variety of educational and outreach materials.
 
	IGrav is comprised of six working groups: Formal Education & Evaluation, Science Festivals, Art and Science, Multi-	Messenger Astronomy, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Communications. Each group focuses on particular 	aspects of outreach to achieve IGrav's mission. You can find descriptions of each group at https://www.igrav.org. 
 
	We want to encourage the participation of a broad range of scientists, research fields, and collaborations. We 	invite those interested to join us at the University of Cardiff for our annual meeting on September 16, 2022. 	Registration is free.
