Thanks, Amber :-)   Dave Reitze just confirmed this on the MT call too, but didn't know which timezone the virtual meeting will be aligned with.  Tarun Souradeep is chair of the SOC, so I'll email him to ask.  Dave thought there would be an email from the SOC going out very soon too.

August 2-3 works well for me, if we go with that kind of cadence.

Hi All,

I know this was Martin's task but a query I sent to Mike Landry early in our conversation today just came back to me. Dave Reitze confirmed that Amaldi will be happening July 19-23 in a virtual format. With that sorted we can start to narrow in on possible dates for the IGrav meeting. If we stick to the suggestion of 1-2 weeks after Amaldi we could go with something like August 2-3. Thoughts?
