[igrav-steering] Slides for GWIC update

With apologies for the delay, you can find some brief slides with the update for GWIC at https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1_NMk7tL45jXXBcZHjmnRBtfh6_hMhWxIvxRH-x7GQTw/edit?usp=sharing - they are based on the updates from last September, and any other updates people have sent.

If you have any comments, please let me know. I'll be presenting, with Isa in attendance as well, towards the end of the GWIC session, which is 0600-1000 EDT.
