[igrav-steering] Communications chair?

Read this more carefully...there won't be any presentations (lol).  Not 
sure what the other groups do, but I think these have all generally been 
discussions like we did in Valencia.  So all I really wanted was someone 
in the room to guide discussion because it's not easy to hear/I may have 
connection issues/etc.  Of course, if the majority of people are remote, 
this is a moot point.

It seems so disorganized because it is.  The last two years at least, it 
was possible to have a nice informal discussion on Zoom, but I worry the 
mixed nature will make that reeeeeally awkward.
