Hi Amber and Chris,

Thanks for covering the IGrav intro! Paul and I won’t be there so you can share some version of the science festivals working group description and encourage people to join the session in the afternoon breakouts:

The IGrav Science Festivals working group supports outreach activities by collecting and sharing resources and supporting and connecting members sharing gravity research through science festivals and events. The working group coordinates IGrav participation in global science festival events such as the World Science Festival.

Hi All,

Chris and I are putting together the introduction for tomorrow's meeting. We wanted to give each group lead (or another representative) a chance to introduce their working group. This is meant to be a time for you to encourage folks to come to your workgroup breakout. It should be a short sales pitch for your group. Can all of you please prepare a brief statement (no slides) for your group? If you cannot give a statement either virtually or in person, Chris or I will take it on for you.
