[igrav-steering] Session Chairs

Hi All,



I have looked through those who confirmed attendance and our email traffic. Here is where I think we stand on chairs for each session. You'll see I have some unknowns. I want all chairs/co-chairs to verify if the information I have is correct and if not, please let us know who will be chairing your session.



  *   Art & Science - Isa will chair and attend in person
  *   Multi-Messenger Astronomy - Chris will chair and attend in person
  *   Science Festivals - Paul will chair and attend virtually.
  *   Formal Education - William might be able to chair and attend virtually if we swamp it to the afternoon session.
  *   DEI- I am unsure who is chairing this. Livia, are you attending?
  *   Communications - Ryan is unable to chair. We are unsure who might take his spot.



Is the above correct? If you are chairing a session, do you have the ability to create a zoom meeting for your session?
