Great thank you! I think if we can have it public now and then switch it to private once we add zoom links that would be great. I don't think we will add them until close to the 16th.

Actually, the agenda from last year is protected. Probably to keep the Zoom links private => I think I could lift that protection now (the agenda has not much contents) and, on the other hand, password-protect this year's agenda to allow future Zoom links to be safe.

I've also put the 4 IGrav meetings in the same Indico Category: 
https://indico.ego-gw.it/category/31. [I don't think one can make a custom URL in which "31" would be replaced by "igrav".]
