Dear all,

we have already discussed a couple of times  the possibility to have an LVK Outreach meeting  for assessing our joint activities, to discuss and elaborate a communication strategy for the next months in view of O4 (and beyond) and also having a training session focus on Media Communication. As discussed in one of the last EPO meetings we have finally fixed the dates for this training/strategic meeting on June 30th and July 1st and we will be glad to host it in person (!) at EGO, with of course the possibility of remote connection.

We are discussing the program with Susanne, Livia and Martin and I guess that we will be able to share a preliminary draft in 2-3 weeks with the aim of accommodating as much as possible the needs of the different time zones. A preliminary idea is to have the Media Training in the afternoon (CET time) of June 30th and two assessment/strategic discussions on both morning and afternoon of July 1st.

It will be a great occasion for several of us to finally meet in person (after two years of Pandemic!) and, most of all, to take some time to reflect on the perspective and objectives of our joint communication activities and even trying to rethink what we take for granted, imagining new strategies and contents.  Probably we will need an almost complete list of participants within June 7th. (I will send more details later).

We are really looking forward to welcoming you at EGO!
