[igrav-steering] IGrav Steering Committee Meeting

Hi Chris, hi all.
I confirm that the meeting in Valencia had no fee, coffee was covered by my local group and each person paid his/her lunch.
I would recommend not to link the IGrav meeting with the LVK meeting directly in the registration form (many people registered and then didn't appear) Maybe a link to advertise the IGrav meeting in the LVK meeting webpage, but not an extra box to directly tick in the registration. Just a tip from previous experience.
All the options you have considered, Chris, seem to me very reasonable.
