Your email is perfectly timed. Chris and I had to meet today about IPA, and I verified with him that we are set to have the annual IGrav meeting on Friday, September 16, at Cardiff. There will be a coatings workshop on Friday, but we don't think we will lose too many folks to that, so we think we should move forward.
