Hi all.
I have added the main points of art & science session on the google doc: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1NXEYuxYN5NMxfe4slm__h7aUE6VwZM1m70xq0OX3uSI/edit?usp=sharing
It was a good meeting taking into account the extremely busy agenda we all had in September. I overestimate the time it takes to film... so huge sorry not being able to reply before.
There are still groups sending the slide to David for GWIC meeting 23-24 September, so I think he will understand I send it a little late due to our meeting this week. I will have 15 minutes, so I think
that a short update will be ok. Some people is sending text more than slides.
My suggestion is to ask you for sending me any important points you would like to include from your group in my report to GWIC during THIS WEEKEND, and I will put everything together with a nice format and send it to David on Monday. I will write him today telling the busy and extraordinary circunstancies. I hope there will be no problem. I copy again the main message of what they expect from us:
1) What is new in IGrav since we heard from Magdalena a year ago? A snapshot of the things that were done would be good to hear; challenges and questions for GWIC members would be appropriate too.
2) What is IGrav’s notion of the give and take with GWIC — what do you hope to have from GWIC in the coming year, and what could you contribute?
In the second domain, of particular interest is the IGrav initiative in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). We’d like to hear how IGrav could (and could not!) help GWIC members establish good and uniform policies, find resources for DEI training/lectures/activities, etc. It would be a great service to the
community, and the GWIC leadership would help you in the measure possible.
Regards,
Isa
PD: Where can I find igrav-artsci List Moderator Password? I only have the streeing committee password.

> Given the very tight time frame we are on I am going to make an executive decision based on everyone's input below. I will pull governance out of the meeting all together at this stage. I will put together a doodle poll and send out shortly to setup a new meeting time for the governance in the coming weeks. When we settle on a day and time I suggest we send that information to those who registered and indicated they were interested in the governance session.
>
> In regards to GWIC I think meeting on the 15th would be best since I know Isa needs to get her slides together. I am available on that day anytime before 1800 UTC. However, I think it is most important that Isa and a few others are there so Isa can you suggest a time(s) that would work for you on the 15 and we can try to get as many folks as possible together for it.

A posterior and soon meeting as Nicolas suggests can be ok for me. About GWIC, maybe we can do a short meeting on Wednesday 15 late evening Europe to discuss what I could say in my 15 minutes talk in the GWIC conference 23-24 September. What do you think?
