Ciao,
At the risk of looking stubborn -- maybe I should just have written
"French"!? ;-) -- I would decorrelate the governance topic from the
annual meeting (and possibly from GWIC as well) and rather make it a
priority for the following weeks (months!?). Obviously, that's not the
most thrilling thing we are discussing, but we should go through it, get
done once for all and then move forward.
I have a backlog of IGrav e-mails and meeting minutes to catch in order
to see where the group is/was on that topic. I'll try and get that done
'soon' -- feel free to remind me if you don't see things moving
(forward) quickly enough.
