Hi all

I'm on the advisory board of the National Physical Laboratory in the UK and have a board meeting next Tuesday. It's supposed to run from 2pm - 5pm UK time (1300 - 1600 UTC) so I can only join for the second hour of the IGRAV meeting, I'm afraid. (I got my time zone conversions wrong when we had our steering group meeting last week).

Happy to help from 1600 UTC, however, if that's useful.

Cheers
Martin

No problem Joe we assumed that might be the case. Martin can you lead the day two session?

Best,
Amber

Dear All,

I'm sorry to have been out of touch. To be honest, I've pretty exhausted at the moment, and would probably not to a good job preparing for such a session.

Best Regards,

Joe

Nicolas,

We did wonder if governance might only need one day. Maybe given you can't make day one we should just cancel the day one parallel for governance and only do it on day two. Wondering if anyone has any objections to this?

We have Martin lined up as backup if you and Joe are both not able to lead the session.

Best,
Amber

Ciao Amber, all,

Thank you for adding the information to the website. Am I correct that you are able to attend the second day but not the first?

The first day certainly not; about the second, probably yes -- but TBC.

If so can you add a zoom link to the governance parallel session for that day?

Well, I was about to "wisely" suggest to skip that parallel session this time... I haven't made any progress since last time (year!?).

Joe,

Are you able to lead the first days Governance session?

I would have assumed that Joe would be busy enough with post-hurricane work at LLO -- that's the generic message I got from Dave Reitze in his plenary talk this morning -- but obviously Joe should answer directly.

Cheers,

Nicolas

Best,
Amber

Ciao Isabel, all,

(...)
Regarding the web page:

-> Short description for the Art and Science group to be added:

In this working group we wan to collect information about the different exhibitions or events which mix or associate art and science (gravity). We also want to contact different associations or institutions (national and international), so our research will have more visibility and can be used as inspiration for these institutions. On the other hand, we want also to benefit from established contacts with artists and graphical designers who illustrate scientific publications with animations, figures, logos, and artistical outputs in general.

-> From one of the emails of Joey, she was asking to include a few members to the list on the proto-website, but IPTA <http://www.ipta4gw.org/> is still missing. I am not sure if any other organization / collaboration / group also expressed interest to appear in the list. I think we circulated a google form done by Chris.

-> From Ryan emails it is clear we need someone to help with the webpage. I am full. Maybe you have more ideas... or this is a point for the annual meeting.

It turns out that I got from Veronica credentials for the website as well => I quickly added the A&S group description and the IPTA pointer:
refresh the webpage and have a look.

While I was doing that, I also added links to the two past IGrav meetings at the bottom of the page.

Regarding the meeting next week:

-> I am not sure if I would be able to join the first day due to late
-> time. I will try to join the second day (...)

Same for me.
There are just way too many things ongoing in parallel...

(...)
Regarding lists permissions: I am not sure if I have already asked
this, but I don't find the password. I have found the one for the igrav-steering at lists.igrav.org<mailto:igrav-steering at lists.igrav.org>. But, where can I find igrav-artsci List Moderator Password?
(...)

Did you try if the "steering" password works as well? I would bet it does...

Cheers,

Nicolas
