[igrav-steering] Meeting Information

Ciao Amber, all,

Would you like the meeting to be hosted in Indico, like the two previous 
ones?

I'm "practising" my Indico skills these days with the virtual LVK 
meeting ongoing this week and that my group is organizing => porting the 
draft IGrav meeting agenda to Indico should be straightforward.
