I actually assumed the annual meeting wouldn't take place ;)


I'm preparing for a trial lecture and job interviews for a tenure position next week, so I won't join the meeting on Friday. But I will attend the meeting in two weeks, and I'm happy to chair the education session.


Last month, I created a short video<https://www.dropbox.com/s/6qtklwwyrjmrqfh/Kersting_IGrav_talk.mp4?dl=0> about IGrav and our education and evaluation working group for the 3rd Shaw-IAU Workshop on Astronomy for Education<https://astro4edu.org/siw2021/>. (The workshop will only take place in October but the deadline for submission was last month.) In the video, I talk about our aims to create a repository of educational resources and start working with teachers. Maybe this is something we could take up for the education session of the meeting?

It has come to my attention we are 2 weeks from our annual meeting and we are woefully underprepared. We need to meet ASAP to finalize times and get a meeting invite out. We currently have 14 registrants for the meeting and I think we can likely pull this together but we will need to get moving. With that in mind I am skipping the usual Doodle poll and just setting a meeting time, I apologize in advance if you are unable to make it.
