[igrav-steering] Registration form

Sounds like a great idea, but I'm still not really available for ~ 1
week (probably a day or two longer). This sounds like it needs to be
timely. Also, I think the webpage looks kind of awful (colors, etc.),
and I don't really know how to easily fix that either.
Happy to try and tackle it once my semester is over, unless others have
ideas.
