[igrav-steering] Registration form

Hi,
I just meant that in the absence of a webpage about the meeting (which, unless I'm mistaken, we don't have), could we have a shorter URL that points to the form?
Or can we set up a page on igrav.org (perhaps igrav.org/meeting2021 which will contain some basic information (and link to the web form)?
Cheers,
Chris

Hi all.
Also good for me.
No idea about the following question...
> question: could we make a URL forward for meeting2021.igrav.org or similar?
I don't know if you mean a URL for the meeting (we used indico from EGO last time if I am not wrong) or is this URL for another goal.
Regards,
Isa

It's not meant to be exhaustive, but let me know if there are any others we should include (or any we should remove/combine - I thought having LIGO/Virgo/KAGRA separately might be useful).

I also agree with her in the point of adding to the affiliation the membership to different collaborations; if we include a preliminary broad list we will avoid different names (capital / non capital letters, abbreviations) for the same collaboration, and I would allow someone to check multiple options.

I am guessing many will put their university there but I think it would also be helpful to know what collaborations and/or observatory they are a part of this. This could be helpful when we are thinking about our board structure. I suppose we could do this one of two ways either just have a blank or do a check box with various collaborations plus an “other” box so they can add ones we have missed. The check boxes may make looking at the data easier for those who are in multiple collaborations.

Because the "Session 1" is at 0100-1300 Melbourne time, so is actually the previous day for almost every other time zone (and to a lesser degree for the 0900-1100 slot).
