David Shoemaker and I have put together a brief document capturing our discussion last week whichs puts on paper a membership model for iGrav within GWIC: https://docs.google.com/document/d/19OBcLuT7USlx9yyRox8fDQaqq5hCHfiWK9ucK8ueKeg/edit?usp=sharing

We'll bring this to GWIC sometime in the near future, however we want to give you the opportunity to look at and comment on it first. Feel free to comment in the google doc. Assuming there is nothing substantive to go over, let me know by the end of next week (March 5) that this aligns with your expections.
