[igrav-steering] Fw: iGrav and GWIC

I wasn't aware that it was online until recently (Veronica and I have 
been apparently bad at...communication, whoops).  She is working on 
getting us access to edit.  I don't know what that entails or why it's 
taking so long, but she did provide an update that it's happening about 
a week or so ago.
