Great, thanks, Martin.
Let's pick the tentative dates of Tuesday, 16th, and Thursday, 18th after 17:00 CET for now. Amber, William, do you want to join as well and if so, do either of these dates work for you?
Cheers
Magdalena

Hi Magdalena, all
I’d be happy to join as well and I have similar constraints to Nicolas (although next week Tue and Thu at 1700 CET are already booked up for me, but in general they’re ok – and 1800 CET is fine).
I haven’t picked up any hints, from other conversations with Dave and David in recent weeks, about what they’re likely to say – but I’m sure it will be positive: what has been clear is that they are keen to work with igrav, and hopefully this call will help to clarify what they have in mind.
(I think our Glasgow temperatures are about midway between Tuscany and Oslo :-)
Cheers
Martin

Thanks, Nicolas.
I agree that this will be a great topic for our meeting in March. And as you say, since we don't know what GWIC has decided regarding our relationship to them, I don't think it makes sense for us to meet beforehand. For us, nothing has changed since I gave the talk last September.
Snowy greetings from a rather wintery place further north ;)

Ciao Magdalena, all,
Thanks for the information.
I'd be happy to attend that meeting. The best days for me would be
Tuesdays and Thursdays in the time slot 17:00 CET -> 20:00 CET. The
other week days would be more complicated: a mix of recurring LIGO-Virgo
meetings, plus some family constraints.
And, if possible, with at least a week advance notice (in particular not
next week) as my schedule usually (over)fills quickly.
Do we need a steering board meeting prior to meeting with Dave & David?
Maybe not as we (I) don't know what they are going to say... ;-) But
that will be a good topic for our March meeting.
Greetings for warm Tuscany (close to 20 degrees today),
Nicolas
