[igrav-steering] GWIC & Amaldi Update

Hi All,

I reached out to Dave and as of this week nothing has been formalized in terms of GWIC yet. They have emailed a bit about how to formalize things but nothing is finalized yet. Nothing for us to do on our end but wanted to let everyone know the status.

Also wanted to update that Jackie Bondell is putting together an IGrav abstract for the EPO session at Amaldi.
