[igrav-steering] IGrav slides for the GWIC talk

LIGO should still forward to my MIT address, weird.  Anyway, yes, 
although I think we agreed that internal communication was more of the 
responsibility of the organization group.  At least that's how I've seen it.

It shouldn't be too hard to come up with something despite my continuous 
procrastination.  Do you want me to add it directly to the slides?
