[igrav-steering] IGrav slides for the GWIC talk

I'm so sorry; I have never written a final Communications description 
partially because I wasn't quite sure what our focus should be!  I got a 
better idea at our summer meeting, so I can probably throw something 
together soon.

I also didn't get your original email, Magdalena.  I'm not sure where it 
was sent.
